Job Description

• DEVELOPS, DESIGNS, AND IMPLEMENTS INFORMATION LITERACY PROGRAMS - by keeping abreast of new developments related to areas of responsibility.
• PREPARES LIBRARY MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS - by maintaining frequent and timely communication to stakeholders through the school and library website, e-mail, advertisement on social media and other formats.
• CONSULTATION AND ENGAGEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY STAKEHOLDERS - by participating in the faculty liaison program to promote and sustain a cooperative and consultative relationship between the library and academic departments.
• PROVIDES LIBRARY SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO THE INFORMATION NEEDS OF LIBRARY USERS - by managing and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
• EXTENDS SERVICES RENDERED TO THE UNIVERSITY - by performing library-related works that may be assigned by the Library Director and Associate Directors.
